Anger

Anger is a powerful surface emotion and like all emotions anger too perhaps has a purpose. The issue is not anger itself but how it causes us to act. Whether we express our anger in an aggressive unhealthy many or suppress it, both can lead to little resolve. In this episode, I talk on the topic of anger looking and the What, Why and then How we can better manage our anger.

Passions – The Pursuit of Purpose Through Deliberate Practice

In this solo rant, I do a reading from an article I wrote about the pursuit of passions to assist one in living a purposeful life. There is no doubt in my mind that pursuing our passions makes life great. Passion breeds purpose. If defines internal motivation that pushes one into action and removes the unnecessary from our lives.
