382: 3 Minute Thought – Want to know what’s holding you back?

Want to know what’s holding you back?

“What’s holding you back is the thought that something is holding you back.” Ralph Marston

If you wish to understand what’s holding you back. Holding you back from starting that project. Holding you back from finishing a project. Holding you back from achieving a goal, making a change, finding love, making some more money – holding you back from happiness.

Then ask yourself this questions, “What’s holding me back from… (fill in the blank)?”

We are often the limit to our progress. When you ask yourself this question you need to do the work to search for the answer. And there is one rule in answering this question – the answer cannot be reliant on external conditions. More money, more time, more (fill in the blank).

There is something we can all do to really make headway towards what we desire and will find the answer if really matters. Maybe we are already aware.
