Linda Wawrzyniak is an international human development and transformation consultant to high- performance people, professional sports teams and Fortune 500 organizations from around the globe.

After an engineering career and 15 years in professional baseball, Linda founded Major League Consulting, LLC where she created the PAR test of adjustment and the V+1 system of improvement, which has helped thousands of professional athletes perform at their highest level.

In 2016, Linda was part of Chicago Cubs world series baseball operations department where she used innovative and scientific based educational programs to help international players achieve language fluency in the highest numbers the organization had ever seen.
