1002 David Wood – Name That Mouse

Name That Mouse

This is David’s second time on the podcast and in this conversation, I had an opportunity to discuss his upcoming book Name That Mouse. It happens to most of us every day, something happens that annoys us and instead of naming it, we avoid it. Instead of responding with thought, we are triggered and react. David shares some insightful processes and ideas about how we can learn to respond better in such situations, name the mice, and take better ownership of the situation. Communication is key! And done right, can lead to a win/win for all parties involved.
