Personality Isn’t Permanent: Break Free from Self-Limiting Beliefs and Rewrite Your Story

In this interview, I speak with Benjamin hardy about his two-book Willpower Doesn’t Work and Personality Isn’t Permanent. He debunks myths and highlights why self-transformation is easier to achieve than you think, at any stage of your life. I absolutely loved his first book and he claims his second book will be ten times better and more well-received. If this conversation is anything to go on, I’d have to agree. Such depth, good reasoning and clarity behind much of what he describes. Enjoy the journey!
